  • What are your working hours?

    Our standard office hours are Monday to Saturday, and we operate in three shifts. Our support team is available 24/7, 365 days a year. We are closed on Sundays, but urgent requests or project work can be accommodated on weekends for an additional fee.

  • Do you have a weekend or holiday production policy?

    Yes, we offer services on weekends with prior notice, which incurs an extra charge. We are also open on international holidays to meet your editing needs.

    RetPix offers flexible editing options and plans that are customized to your requirements. You can easily receive your edited images, enjoy various payment options, and benefit from premium quality and client support. For larger projects, dedicated expert designers are available to assist you.

  • What is your free trial policy?

    We provide a free trial that allows you to edit one photo from each of our services before you start working with us, helping you assess our quality. We recommend simple edits for the trial.

  • How can I send an image for a free trial?

    To request a free trial, fill out the form on our website with the required information and submit it. You will then receive your trial edit based on your selected service.

  • How many images can I retouch for a free trial?

    You can retouch one image from each service for your free trial

  • What is your turnaround time?

    Our standard turnaround time is 24 hours. We also offer services with delivery options of 6, 12, or 18 hours for an additional charge. For project-based work, delivery times are specified in the signed agreement.

  • Do you offer rush-hour delivery?

    Yes, we prioritize your needs and can deliver images within 2 to 3 hours or even sooner, depending on complexity and volume. Please note that rush-hour services come with additional charges.

  • How do you define "Next Morning" delivery?

    We aim to deliver images within 24 hours, though times may vary based on our workload. Expedited delivery incurs a higher fee, but we strive to meet deadlines for all orders.

  • Do you guarantee on-time delivery?

    We are committed to timely delivery for all orders. However, keep in mind that we are closed on Sundays, so orders placed on Saturday will be delivered on Monday unless arranged otherwise.

  • Do you have a redo policy?

    Yes, if you're not satisfied with the results, we offer a redo option. For details, please refer to our terms of service.

  • What is the difference between a redo and a correction?

    A redo allows for adjustments to enhance the image based on your original order, free of charge. A correction involves changing instructions or the number of images, treated as a new order, and may incur additional charges.

  • How do you determine pricing based on image complexity?

  • Do you offer lower prices?

    Our prices are competitive and reflect the quality of our services. We provide high-quality editing with instant support and unlimited redo options, making our rates some of the most affordable in the market.

  • What is your payment policy?

    Payment is required after your photo editing is completed. Simply log in to your account, process the payment, and download your images.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept payments via PayPal, credit cards, wire transfers (up to $4500), and direct bank transfers.

  • Do you have a flexible payment system?

    Yes, regular clients can opt for weekly, quarterly, or monthly payments. For project work, we can establish a scheduled payment plan, but the total must be settled before downloading the final output.

  • Can I download images without paying?

    No, payment is required before downloading your images. However, flexible payment arrangements can be made for regular clients and project-based work.
